Kristen Jacobs - Owner & Founder

Kristen Jacobs is a versatile leader in the project management and process improvement space. After earning her bachelor degree in business administration with a concentration in management, she became a certified scrum master (CSM) and is a current member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

She has experience working in the non-profit sector managing volunteer committees and events in five counties, working as a legal assistant and file manager at a law firm, working as a training specialist with Marine Corps Community Services in Japan. The bulk of her experience is within the banking industry, primarily in operations. She has held various positions in the banking industry ranging from teller, staff assistant, tech support, loans, manager in training, business operations analyst, process improvement analyst and project manager.

Project management and process improvement are her passions. She enjoys the structure of project management and also the changeability of projects. The structure and framework may be consistent, but no project is identical, which keeps it interesting.

Kristen is a Georgia native, but has lived in Tennessee, Florida, California and Japan. She currently lives in Wisconsin with her husband, two sons and a fabulous rescue dog named Rollo. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, kayaking and karaoke. Fun fact, when she was in college, she auditioned for American Idol. Spending time with family and traveling are her favorite activities.
